So... what are y'all planning on doing with your bounty of tomatoes?
Me, I'm boring. I'll probably sauce the whole darn bunch and freeze them for pasta sauce. We eat a lot of pasta in this household.
But I'm open to new ideas and recipes for other ways to use them. I can almost taste now....

I've got a fab book called The Big Red Book of Tomatoes by Lindsey Bareham. I just looked on amazon ca and they want $150 for it!!! It's got nice ideas in it but not that nice - lol
Depends on how many survive my maw. Hopefully at least a few freezerbags of one of my favorite pasta sauces (basically chopped tomatoes, fresh basil, olive oil) and some dishes of tomatoes layered with eggplant and parmesan.
I'm rather fond of Tomatoe Jam, I found a great recipe for it in a Student Vegetarian cook book my mum gave me years ago.
